LAMSA Board Meeting Minutes
10/23/14

Board Members Present:

Board Members Absent:
Danny Troche
Doug Hare

Meeting commenced at 6:37 pm.

1. The water lines need to be winterized.
	This cannot be done until football is finished. Lori will handle it when the time comes.

2. The Snack Shack was discussed.
	-After numerous break ins, shack is secure and there is nothing of value.
	-Possible tenants for next season were suggested, tabled until a later meeting.

3. Possible issues surrounding the water park.
	-Bathroom hours and who is responsible for cleaning and stocking it. This issue is tabled until a later meeting.

4. Board Member/ Scorekeeper responsibilities.
	-Joe handed out packet detailing responsibilities for each Board Member.
	-Possible changes in scorekeeper responsibilities were discussed.
	-Tabled until November 6th meeting.

5. Board elections were postponed until November 6th meeting due to low attendance.

6. Coed Divisions were discussed.
	-Problems with competition and rosters.
	-Possible solutions will be further discussed at a later time.

7. Awards Banquet 
	-Lori has ordered all trophies and sweatshirts.
	-Banquet jobs will be discussed at November 6th meeting, along with what Doug will require to do the food.
